I am forever grateful to Kerri for supporting myself and my family to create the most loving, memorable farewell celebration for my Mum. My mother died very suddenly, and my father, brothers and I were in quite a state of shock. Kerri was right by my side effortlessly providing support and guidance. I love how; with Kerri’s attentive consultation we were able to tailor a unique, heartfelt celebration fitting for Mum. From assisting with providing appropriate venues, the selection of flowers to the vintage Herse and beautiful sustainable casket. I am also forever thankful for the thought and consideration Kerri put into her ceremony. It was poignant and sprinkled with a bit of humour much to the relief and delight of the congregation. Through the sadness and shock, Kerri helped us create a day I know my Mum would be so proud of. Thank you, Kerri, for the ease in which you helped myself and my family with all our unique requirements! ...From the onset of our meeting, we engaged the services of Picaluna, which we are VERY grateful for their compassion, and listening to what we wanted. Communication was fantastic, the service they did for Mum, was unforgettable, not only by my family, but for all that attended Mums funeral. Everybody was moved by the service…When they came to pick Mum up ( as she lied in wake on her bed at home), they showed the upmost respect for her, from knocking on her bedroom door and even introduced themselves to Mum.
